Problem
The project needed to centralize a real logistics operation that still depended on too many manual steps. It required a robust base to manage users, shipments, assignments, pickups, traceability, and operational visibility without fragmenting information across multiple tools.
Solution
A full platform was designed and implemented with Laravel for the backend and admin panel, robust authentication, advanced roles and permissions, shipment traceability, and a hybrid Android app with location and notifications access. The system was built to support daily operations, not just to showcase screens.

Full-stack architecture, Laravel backend, permissions modeling, admin panel delivery, shipment and traceability business logic, hybrid mobile integration, and alignment with real business processes.
Results
